We understand that some people are not familiar with a Community Development District (“CDD” or “District”), especially if you have moved to Florida from other States or from outside the U.S. We are using the resources through this website to help explain who we are, what we do, and information that is helpful for you to know.

We have a local office in Celebration as well as a regional office in Coral Springs. For your convenience, both offices are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).
